The Indiana County Bar Association (ICBA) is among the oldest organizations of lawyers in Pennsylvania. Numerous settlers of Indiana County were lawyers and judges. The ICBA was established in 1820. The ICBA is comprised of attorneys who practice law primarily in Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

Attorney Membership
The Indiana County Bar Association is made up of a group of professional attorneys serving the Indiana County area. You can become a member by contacting the ICBA president.
Summit Legal Aid Services
Summit Legal Aid assists Indiana County to provide free civil legal representation to qualified low-income clients. Visit their website to learn more about their services.

OUR MISSION
The Indiana County Bar Association’s mission is to facilitate the administration of justice, to further the high standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession, to establish a closer relationship and cooperation with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and through it with the American Bar Association, and to cultivate camaraderie and good fellowship among its members. Additionally, the ICBA provides a legal journal and supports the continuing education for its members. In an effort to support the local citizens interested in the practice of law, the ICBA awards a yearly scholarship.
